My name is Allison Hogue and I am the founder of Pediatric Survival Swim. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from MSU. I have training and experience with children who have disabilities and special needs. I am a home-school mom of 4 beautiful children. I have extensive Self-Reliance Swim training and well as CPR and first aid certifications. Teaching infants and children to be able to survive in the unforgiving water is what drives the passion for my business. Safe swimming for your family. Now serving the Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch area.
Instructor Brittany

My name is Brittany. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Family, Children and Youth, and a minor in Sociology. I have two young children, both whom love to swim. My eldest originally struggled with a fear of the water, and with a lot of encouragement and patience from Miss Allison he has overcome his fears to become a safe swimmer. This led me to want to pursue the opportunity to help other infants and children become safe swimmers, and encourage a love for the water.
Instructor Christina

I am Survival Swim Instructor Christina, and my journey to becoming a swim instructor is deeply personal. As a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force, I've always been committed to serving others. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from American Public University, but it was my experience as a swim mom that truly led me here. After my youngest son completed the Pediatric Survival Swim program, I knew I had found my calling. I'm passionate about equipping other children with these vital, life-saving skills. When I'm not teaching, you can find my family and me enjoying the great outdoors, especially anything near the water.

Our Pediatric Survival Swim instructors are a part of The National Drowning Prevention Association. We are also a part of Suncoast Kids Safe Coalition, Suncoast representative for Swim Global Project, and members of Step into Swim. In addition, we have partnered with Step Up for Students and are direct providers of the PEP and UA scholarships. Lastly, we have partnered with Water Smart Florida and accept swim vouchers through watersmartfl.com for Manatee and Sarasota County.
